See Berlin Film at the Des Moines Art Center

Since the end of the Cold War, Berlin has become a haven for artists from around the world. On Thursday, December 13 at 7 p.m. at the Des Moines Art Center, IPTV will host a free showing of Art in the 21st Century: Berlin. Get a glimpse inside this international art world, see new works, meet the artists themselves and learn how they work to convey hope for finding systems that foster a better tomorrow.

Guests will also enjoy free admission to the entirety of the Art Center and can arrive early or stay late to explore its new exhibit "Neo Rauch: Aus dem Boden/From the Floor." Rauch is one of the best-known artists from the Leipzig school in Germany and this is the first exhibit of his drawings in the United States.

The film screening is free and open to the public.
