Iowa Public Television has brought Iowa State Fair highlights statewide for 47 years and will once again broadcast extensive coverage of the Iowa State Fair, nightly at 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., August 14-19. These hour-long programs are among the network’s most-watched of the year. The National Education Telecommunications Association (NETA), a professional association of public broadcasters, has announced its executive leadership for fiscal year 2018. NETA members have elected Molly Phillips of Iowa Public Television as their Vice Chair and Chair-Elect. The position becomes effective July 1, 2017.
