IPTV Awarded Nearly $100,000 for Ready to Learn Grant
Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) announced that Iowa Public Television has been awarded up to $93,800 from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) and PBS.  The funding was awarded through the community implementation phase of CPB's new Ready To Learn initiative.  Beginning this fall, twelve public television stations nationwide, including Iowa Public Television in Johnston, will implement new interactive content and educational games...
