Building and Designing with Our Buddy, Curious George

Everyone’s favorite monkey and The Man with the Yellow Hat are here to help your students learn all about engineering, building and design! The Curious George STEM Collection is a great way to help young children understand science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) concepts, such as measuring, building and simple machines. This collection of lesson plans with Curious George videos offer hands-on investigations and exciting new learning opportunities that will inspire children to explore the world around them. Take your class on a series of journeys with George as he blasts off into space, builds a wall, sails a boat and more! Watch your students establish the science skills and “habits of mind” that lead to academic success and lifelong learning as they ask questions, predict outcomes, share observations and formulate theories of their own - all with the Curious George by their side. This exciting resource for young students is intended for grades PreK-1.
