Boneless chicken breast filled with spinach and mushrooms, topped with Gorgonzola sauce accompanied with chef's choice of fresh Iowa vegetables, mashed Yukon gold and sweet potatoes, house salad with dressing and homemade breads.
Your choice of coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea or milk.

Vegan Portobello Napoleon
Two Portobello mushrooms marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic & fresh herbs, grilled and filled with mushroom risotto and topped with field greens and blush orange vinaigrette garnished with asparagus tips, pine nuts and balsamic syrup. Served with house salad and dressing and homemade breads.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Wednesday, October 8 enjoy a fast-paced, early-morning hike through the skywalk system of Downtown Des Moines, Iowa.
ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?
Downtown Des Moines features a 3.5 mile long (5.6 km) skywalk system, allowing people to move between buildings without going out of doors. We have mapped out a stimulating 1.5 mile route of twists and turns. This will definitely challenge you physically.
6:00 AM join us in the Internet Café for juice/coffee
6:30 AM we are off on our journey
7:00 AM return from our adventure
7:15 AM look for any stragglers
We welcome groups, pairs and individuals to take the Net-walk challenge.
