Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC)
In our commitment to lifelong learning, Iowa Public Television regularly highlights adult learning centers across Iowa. This month the spotlight is on Northeast Iowa Community College.
General Education Development (GED)
NICC provides GED instruction in Dubuque, Dyersville, Manchester, Calmar, Elkader, Cresco, New Hampton, Oelwein, Postville, and Waukon. Classes are offered during the day and evenings.
