Feature Video
Genetic Engineering has the potential to change the way we live. The science behind the agricultural, medical, and environmental achievements is spectacular, but this excitement is tempered by concern for the unknown effects of tampering with nature. Students viewing this program will examine the issues, survey the experts, and make their own decisions about the possibilities of this technology.

The 30-minute feature video gives the big picture, increases awareness, and facilitates discussion with thought-provoking issues and expert interviews. Activate English captions in the Subtitles menu to enhance student vocabulary development and acquisition, reading and listening comprehension, word recognition, knowledge base expansion, reading confidence, and reading fluency.
