Transcript:  Public vs. Private Land Ownership

This area here is fairly large and, in my opinion, there aren't very many people to manage this area. Yet if it was in private ownership, what would those private people be doing with it? I don't know how you compare. It depends on who owns it and what's going on. I think that a lot of people think it's something that is pretty easy to do. I think it takes a lot of hard work no matter what you do. I think at this point with the state of the way things are that anytime you become an owner of property, it takes a lot of work. And there's a lot of responsibility that goes with it. And work is rewarding!
