Transcript: Impact of Tourism
Tourism is one of those...Is on avenue that we can utilize to create a working landscape where we're living with the land and letting it live at the same time. But we also have to keep in mind that as we bring more people in, we impact the land. So I think we need to make concessions. We may not be able to let every single person go to this scenic point because we might negatively impact that point. And so we try to spread things out. And you try to do it in a way that minimizes the impact on the land. If we recognize that tourism can be good for the land and we design tourism so that it doesn't impact the land in a negative fashion, then I think they go hand in hand.
