Detail Oriented (Allen Burt, Farmer)

To function in an environmentally sound way, it all starts with the people managing the system. I really don't believe it's a size issue of being either small or large. It's all paying attention to detail: how much money, how much energy you want to put forth toward managing details. Again, I said earlier that manure to us is an economic asset, so we try to manage it carefully because we can reduce our costs by handling it in a very respectful way.
