Videoconferencing
Scheduling of all videoconferencing, using the MCU for strictly ISDN/IP conferencing, as well as access to the ICN classrooms throughout the
state, is accomplished by contacting ICN Video Schedulers at 515-725-4686 or 877-575-2862 or email videoscheduling@icn.state.ia.us.
First-time videoconferencing (dial in/dial out) users should contact Manila Bush (ICN) at 515-725-4776 for initial operability tests.
