In addition to being a fully functioning ICN room it is also a complete culinary arts lab, including food prep, cooking and commercial baking areas. It is also a unique room because of the configuration of the cameras, monitors and seating. The room will, eventually, have six camera to facilitate all the angles that culinary instruction requires. Currently three cameras are operational. In addition to the instructor camera, there is a camera mounted above the hot and cold food prep areas. It is require that a specially trained proctor be present during any sessions that are not culinary arts related. The room is "approval required" and there will be very specific guidelines for who and what will be allowed to take place in this room. Basically it will not be available during school hours 0800 - 1530 Monday through Friday and not at all on Saturdays. Parties wanting to schedule sessions in the evening will be processed on a case by case basis, however, permission is not likely. If you have questions about this site please give Doug Kutzli a call.
