Want to help your students understand natural resources and products made from those resources? Or teach puns and idioms? You can do both! In this session, you’ll participate in a lesson using Agatha’s Feather Bed. In the book, a wise old lady sells her woven wares and imparts knowledge, especially to children: “Everything comes from something, Nothing comes from nothing ." K-8th grade science, English, and social studies educators are welcomed. First 40 who register and attend entire session will receive a free hardcover copy of Agatha’s Feather Bed. All participants receive a lesson plan url and field trip ideas.
