K-12 Connections Event
Arthur's Thanksgiving

Join us for a fun reading and writing session! Presenter will read Arthur's Thanksgiving by Marc Brown, present script writing ideas, show fantastic ways to publish student plays, and help students begin their own play. After the session, students take the writing started with the group back to their classroom to complete, illustrate, and perform using some of the ideas from the session.

Following the ICN session, registrants receive a complimentary Thanksgiving on Thursday and Tasting or alternate title by mail.

Teachers registering for this event agree to provide each student with the following materials:

  • a pencil
  • 1 white paper plate
  • 1 sheet of 8 1/2 by 11 plain paper

Teachers may wish to download and print a copy of the Character Book Directions from the Classroom Resources prepared and compiled by IPTV K-12 Connections staff.
