The Red Balloon: Playhouse Radio Days

Des Moines Playhouse presents The Final Act Ensemble, a troupe of performers ages 60 and older that perform classic and original radio plays, including commercials and sound effects.

In this session, they'll perform The Red Balloon followed by some discussion pertaining to performing, the theater, Q&A, and ways kids can get involved. This is a great way to expose children to a form of theater!

Confirmed registrants will receive a copy of the script for reference.

Confirmed registrants also receive a free book in the mail for your classroom!
