The Iowa Journal examines Iowa's tax credits for business. The show gives an overview of the credits, then travels to Newton to see how the town has used the credits to attract business. In the studio to discuss tax credits more deeply are: Representative Paul C. Shomshor, Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committe, (D) Council Bluffs, Peter Fisher, Research Director with the Iowa Policy Project in Iowa City, and Bill Brown, Chairman of the Board for the Iowa Association of Business and Industry .
