Cedar Rapids artist Jane Gilmor visits with her friends and fellow artists David Van Allen and Mel Andringa about the importance of collaboration and sharing studio space. Andringa also is the director of Legion Arts in Cedar Rapids. For 15 years, Legion Arts has been a source of cultural leadership and arts innovation in Eastern Iowa.
