Mary Hayes Grieco is the Director and lead trainer for the Midwest Institute for Forgiveness Training, and author of "Be A Light" and "The Peaceful Heart: A practical guide to Unconditional Love and Forgiveness."

Mary serves on staff at Hazelden Renewal Center, and is in private practice as a counselor at The Well Healing Arts Center in Minneapolis. Mary and her trainers at the Institute teach a step-by-step method of forgiveness that she says "always works!" to bring people the inner peace they need when dealing with a conflict.
