The Decorah eagles have captured the attention of nature lovers across Iowa and the world. Many people watch the eagles from afar via webcams near their nest. In 2017, Friends of Iowa Public Television held the first-ever Eagles of Decorah viewing event. It gave fans an opportunity to see in person where the eagles call home and to learn more about these famous raptors.
