Mountain biking continues gaining popularity, and now riders can enjoy a series of trails that are the first of their kind in central Iowa. They're called flow trails, described as bike-powered rollercoaster made of dirt. We followed along from the very beginning as a crew specializing in this type of construction built the new trails at Ewing Park in southeast Des Moines.
