Vilsack says strong renewable fuel standard is needed

U.S. Dept. of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says there is a need for a strong renewable fuel standard, in part because the oil industry has done a good job of helping make it difficult for some consumers to have access to ethanol.
