Paul Trombino III: Red dye fuel tax would help farmers get product to market

Paul Trombino III, director of the Iowa Dept. of Transportation, says a DOT proposal to begin applying taxes to red dyed fuel used in agriculture will ultimately help improve roads and bridges that are critical to farmers getting their product to market.
