IPERS' Mueller: Iowa ahead of the ball on reforms; Employees share some risk

Donna Mueller, CEO of the Iowa Public Employees Retirement System (IPERS), says Iowa was ahead of the ball on reforms to the pension system. Changes went into effect a couple years ago, and public employees are now contributing more and sharing in the risk.
