In the wake of a debate over how food is paid for at the Iowa State Fair, should the state audit the Fair and/or it's vendors? Statehouse Minority Leaders Sen. Bill Dix (R-Shell Rock) and Rep. Mark Smith (D-Marshalltown) say finances should always be scrutinized.
