Iowa Senate Majority Leader Sen. Mike Gronstal and Iowa House Speaker Rep. Kraig Paulsen both say the 85th Iowa General Assembly will go down in history as one of the most successful General Assemblies in Iowa history. They say the House and Senate accomplished a lot in 2013, they'll find common ground on even more items in 2014, and it's all been done with divided control in the legislature.
