Why Iowans should care about the girls served by Iowa Juvenile Home

Drake Law Professor Jerry Foxhoven, who served on the Iowa Juvenile Home task force created by Governor Branstad, says the girls who end up at facilities like the Iowa Juvenile Home are the future of Iowa, and if we can help them succeed, the state will be better for it. He says the state has been acting like their parent but hasn't been a very good parent.
