Building a broadband customer base requires educating some Iowans first

Michael Sadler of CenturyLink and State Sen. Steve Sodders both agree that some Iowans still need to be educated on why broadband access is important in today's world and how they could benefit from it. A bill being considered in the Legislature provides for a digital literacy program to help do that.
