Steve Gaer on medical marijuana: Don't deny us something we know has helped other people

Steve Gaer of West Des Moines says he believes medical marijuana could help his daughter, who suffers from a severe form of epilepsy. He says it should be a doctor-patient decision, not the government's decision. And he says families shouldn't have to move from Iowa to another state just to get the help they need.
