Sen. Jack Hatch says the campaign ads attacking him don't have any basis, and they are simply diverting attention from what he calls a scandal-ridden Branstad administration. Hatch says he's released one year of tax returns under the tradition of previous gubernatorial candidates. He also says he abstained from voting for anything as a legislator that would appear to help him as a developer.
