Dean Borg Receives Broadcast News Award

On March 31, 2012, longtime Iowa Press host Dean Borg received the prestigious 2012 Mitchell V. Charnley Award, the highest honor given by the Northwest Broadcast News Association. The NBNA is the oldest regional broadcast news organization in the U.S. and represents radio and TV journalists in six Midwest states. Dean was recognized “not only for the good work you do, but for the high standards of journalism practice you set for us all.” This video is a look at Dean’s illustrious career so far.
