Webb: We do not belong as an occupying power in Iraq
posted on August 22, 2014
Former Virginia Senator Jim Webb says it doesn't do any good for U.S. national security for us to be an occupying power in the Middle East. He says we opened up Pandora's Box when we invaded Iraq, because the lid came off sectarian violence. Webb says if ISIS is involved in international terrorism that could affect the U.S., we have the right to act now, but we must be careful in defining who ISIS is.
