Experts address what's next for troubled girls in Iowa. Where should they go?

Jane Hudson, the executive director of Disability Rights Iowa, the organization that blew the whistle on problems at the Iowa Juvenile Home in Toledo, says troubled girls should not be sent there. She says the facility is not prepared, and it will take years to fix the problems that exist. Drake Law Professor Jerry Foxhoven, a member of the Iowa Juvenile Home task force, says the state probably needs a facility of some sort for delinquent girls, but now is a great opportunity to re-evaluate what services are offered and how they're offered to operate more efficiently and get better results.
