Smaller state appropriation could prompt Regents tuition increases

Iowa Board of Regents President Bruce Rastetter and President Pro Tem Katie Mulholland say they'll wait and see how much money the state legislature appropriates to the Regents before saying a tuition increase will be necessary. Rastetter says the Board thinks the funding increase needs to be more than the $8 million being talked about now.
