Grassley's impassioned case for passing sentencing reform

Sen. Charles Grassley says his committee passed a bipartisan bill on sentencing reform, but Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell doesn't like it because he thinks it's soft on crime. Grassley says you can be tough on crime and still be fair and compassionate, and he's confident the bill would pass the full senate.
