More carbon stored in Iowa soils could be beneficial

Dr. Gene Takle, Professor Emeritus at Iowa State University, says one way Iowa could play a role in a Green New Deal is through carbon sequestration. Takle says we've lost significant amounts of carbon from Iowa soil in the last century, and if we can figure out a way to sequester carbon in soil, that could help combat climate change.
