O'Malley on Clinton: Robust debate is good for party and country

Former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley, a Democrat, who is considering a campaign for president, says he believed in 2008 that Hillary Clinton was the best candidate for president. However, he says times have changed and there needs to be a new debate about issues, ideas and leadership to move the country forward. He says Iowa gives candidates an opportunity to do that.
