Branstad on marriage ruling: "It is the law."

Gov. Terry Branstad (R-Des Moines) says he's disappointed with the Supreme Court decision that will allow same-sex marriage in all 50 states. He says people at the state level deserve the right to vote on the issue. Branstad says he believes a U.S. Constitutional amendment would be the right response, but he also recognizes how difficult that is to do, and the chances of it happening are not good.
