On Sunday, November 16, Iowa Public Television will present an encore presentation of Ken Burns' documentary The War. The episodes five through 7 will air beginning at noon. As a result, the Sunday morning public affairs program schedule has changed. Inside Washington will air at 10 a.m., The McLaughlin Group will air at 10:30 a.m., Iowa Press will air at 11 a.m., and Market to Market will air at 11:30 a.m.
