Remembering Mollie Sugden

On Sunday, Iowa Public Television will broadcast a national special (produced by Iowa Public Television in 2002) to honor Mollie Sugden. The British TV star, best remembered for playing Mrs. Slocombe on the British Comedy "Are You Being Served?" died Wednesday at the age of 86.
In addition to continuing our broadcasts of the series Are You Being Served?" Iowa Public Television will air Celebrating Mollie Sugden: An "Are You Being Served?" Special Sunday, July 5 at 9:30 p.m. and Wednesday, July 8 at 10:30 p.m.
