Terry Branstad: on the Next Iowa Press

WHO:              Terry Branstad (R-Des Moines), candidate for the Republican nomination for governor, is guest on the next Iowa Press. A former governor of Iowa, Branstad will discuss the June 8 primary election. The other two candidates for the Republican nomination, State Rep. Rod Roberts (R-Carroll) and Sioux City business professional Bob Vander Plaats, will appear on Iowa Press episodes April 16/18 and April 23/25, respectively.

This program will be broadcast Friday, April 9 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 11 at 11:30 a.m. The program will also be broadcast on IPTV WORLD (.3) Saturday at 9 a.m., and will be available online at www.iptv.org.

Joining Branstad at the Iowa Press table are moderator Dean Borg, of Iowa Public Radio; Mike Glover, senior legislative and political reporter for the Associated Press; and Kay Henderson, news director for Radio Iowa.
