Veterans: On the Thursday, November 15 episode of The Iowa Journal

(Johnston, Iowa) – Thursday’s episode of The Iowa Journal will explore what help the veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan are receiving. The program airs Thursday, November 15 at 8:30 p.m. on IPTV analog. The program will be rebroadcast Friday, November 16 at 9:30 p.m. on statewide IPTV-Plus and will also be available online at Iptv.org.
After World War II, the G.I. Bill not only provided health care for returning veterans, but also jump-started the American middle-class. What are today's policies doing to help veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan?
During the Out and About segment, correspondent Dan Kaercher will visit Corning.
