Beware Mama T-Rex in Atlantic and Harlan!
I must have been sleepwalking after all the fun I had yesterday!
Lots of kids showed up to my morning story times in Atlantic!
Even this strange hairy-looking kid showed up to listen.
Yes, that is a frog on my head.
Who would have thought that I would find a couple of baby T-Rex eggs? I wonder where Mama T-Rex is?
Later that day in Harlan I made sure to sign up for my Harlan Public Library card!
I met another great group of kids!
I even met this strange scaly-looking kid!
Yikes! I found Mama T-Rex! I was pretty spooked at first, but she just wanted to say thanks for sharing story time with her babies!
Who would have ever known I would have this much fun on my Reading Road Trip?!
Dan's Wise Advice of the Day:
Never launch cats out of a catapult, even if you have strapped little cat parachutes onto their backs.

We really enjoyed Dan's enthusiasm and fun adventures he talked about. We learned a lot about safety, eating healthy, and exercise. Not your ordinary story time. We had a blast!! Come back next year Dan :)
