This live-action experiment segment from a new special episode of SID THE SCIENCE KID, "Getting a Shot: You Can Do It! which premieres on PBS KIDS, Monday October 26 (check local listings). Sid and his friends will learn the basic science behind germs, viruses and vaccines using age-appropriate vocabulary and scientific concepts. This experiment will help prepare young scientists for what to expect.
