Reiman Butterfly Garden in Ames
(Program Close) Broadcast 05/09/03 "Flutter" is the word for a new garden in Ames: a butterfly garden! Formally known as the Christina Reiman Butterfly Wing of the Reiman Conservatory at Reiman Gardens in Ames, this indoor display of tropical and regional butterflies is now open year-round. These colorful butterflies are reportedly making the flowers in Reiman Gardens jealous, although we know they share a beautiful, symbiotic relationship in the tropical rainforest climate.
