Rural Iowa Ruins
(Program Close) Broadcast 12/10/04 "Rural Iowa Ruins" is a collection of photographs and interviews designed to preserve rural history before it is lost. The images were captured by photographer Tim Florer with the interviews being conducted by high school students from Winterset and Lenox. Using the photographs taken by Tim, the students asked older Iowans what memories did the each picture evoke. The pictures proved to be powerful reminders of a time that is quickly being forgotten.
