Air & Army National Guard Deployment
Broadcast 09/23/05 The Iowa National Guard had a problem when they asked for volunteers to help in the Gulf -- they had too many volunteers! The first deployment of 200 Army and Air National Guard was also noteworthy in that it was the first time the Army and Air specialists worked in the same units. Hear the story of how these trained Iowans are being sent to help in the south.
