Bill Riley Tribute
Broadcast 12/22/06 Bill Riley, long-time friend of the children of Iowa, creator of the state-wide Fair talent search, and long-time supporter of Iowa Public Television, passed away December 15th, 2006. In his honor, Living in Iowa will be preempted December 21st and 22nd for a special about Riley's life. This special was prepared last year, and has won several prestigious television awards since its original airing.
