The grain markets finished the week on the downside following some mixed trade news on supply and demand. For the week, wheat prices were fractionally lower, while corn prices down a couple cents. Soybean futures were nine cents lower. Soybean meal closed 70-cents lower per ton. Cotton futures were four cents higher.

In livestock, fed cattle futures were down $2.43. Feeder cattle were down $1.88. the lean hog contract closed down $2.35.

In the financials, COMEX gold closed $4.10 an ounce. The Euro gained 147-basis points higher against the dollar. The CRB index finished the week a quarter point lower to finish at 191.50.
