The grain markets finished the week higher on good export demand. For the week, wheat prices gained a half-cent. Corn prices were three to six cents higher.

Soybean futures gained five to eight cents. Soybean meal gained $5.10 per ton.

Cotton futures showed a gain of $4.64.

In livestock, fed cattle futures closed the week $4.15 lower. Feeder cattle were down $1.60. The lean hog contract finished the week $3.55-lower.

In the financials, Comex gold closed $3.10 lower per ounce. The Euro finished 118-basis points lower against the dollar. And the CRB index finished the week more than two points lower to close at 188.80.
