The grain markets finished the week mixed as the trade continues to balance worldwide supply and demand. For the week, wheat prices gained more than eight cents. Corn prices were unchanged to a fraction higher.

Soybean futures were one to four cents higher. Soybean meal gained $5.50 per ton.

Cotton futures were $1.99 lower.

In livestock, fed cattle futures were 90-cents lower. Feeder cattle finished a nickel lower. The lean hog contract closed $2.20 lower.

In the financials, Comex gold closed $2.20 lower per ounce. The Euro closed 73 basis points lower against the dollar. And, the CRB index finished the week two points lower to close at 185.75.
